dirty roommissing soap
the room i received was not clean upon check-in i saw hair spread around the room and in the bathroom the staff only cleaned the room the next day after i asked again there was hair even on the towels provided a sink full of cut hair was present the staff did not supply soap during my entire stay

The location was very convenient next to the port! I appreciated the easy access to boat tours. The breakfast service was plentiful.
The room was quite small. There was NO refrigerator for storing water, inconvenient in the summer heat. THE air conditioning unit was also quite noisy.

The hotel is in an excellent location very close to the ferry (ideal for island hopping!). The facility is modern and clean, and the staff is friendly (Alina and Sasha at reception were especially helpful).
I would have appreciated some information about the elevation change between the hotel and the main town (it's quite a climb!). It would be helpful to have clearer directions on the best way to access the hotel.

The hotel's proximity to the port is a major advantage (especially for those planning boat trips to Capri or the Amalfi Coast). There are also many restaurants nearby. I liked that it was a little away from the main town, as it ensured a quiet night's sleep.
